Looking to get started? Let’s jump on a brief 15 min call where I can learn a little more about you and you can learn about me and the approach I will use to provide tangible results to your business .

2. Leadership Call (90 min)
You are already convinced but you want to get your whole leadership team onboard before taking the next step. We will meet by video conference, and over 90 minutes, walk through the six core components together before moving on to potential next steps. 3. Onsite Day (8 hrs)
We will begin the process of identifying and breaking the ceilings to your growth. We cover the Accountability Chart, Rocks, Meeting Pulse, Scorecards, and the VT/O. All of the information from the day will live in a software specifically designed for this process. The end of implementation day begins your company’s 90 day world.
